Toolchex offers a reimbursement program for technicians who are required to purchase tools or equipment as a condition of employment. Technicians who choose to participate in this program will be able to get reimbursed for tools, equipment and other business expenses. Program features include: · Tools, equipment and other business will not be subject to federal income taxes or payroll taxes if the reimbursements are made pursuant to an accountable plan that meets the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. · A typical technician enrolled in the Toolchex program will increase net take-home pay by an average of $150* per month. *Toolchex estimate · Dealer principals will realize an average annual savings of $1,000* per technician from a decrease in the employer portion of payroll taxes. *Toolchex estimate

The NAEDA Discount Freight Program is now made up of three dynamic services to help dealers reduce shipping expenses: NAEDA Parcel Shipping Services* uses the services of FedEx to provide outstanding discounts on FedEx ground and air parcel shipments. *This service is available for US to Canada and Canada to US shipping. This program does not apply to intra-Canadian shipments.
